Yes, you would be good candidate for a hairline lowering. This can be done through an incision just through the edge of the hairline in a beveled fashion so that when the incision heals, the hairs can grow through the scar and minimize visibility. Hair transplantation is also an option for you.

It is unlikely that your body is "rejecting" the screw. More likely is that it may have become infected. Follow up with the surgeon. It is important to know what type of screws were used so that your surgeon can have the proper tools to remove them.

Some brows are difficult but the results should last a number of years. perhaps the brow needs more release or better suspension

This is very common.  The air and fluid should resolve in a few weeks or so.  The numbness may take a while longer.  Nerves are very hard to predict.  Some patients may have a little less feeling in an area or two, but it is usually well tolerated.
