Is it possible to make a wide mouth narrower with surgery?

I have a large mouth and I really don't like the appearance of it. Is it possible to both make the distance of the corners of the mouth smaller and to reduce the thickness of the lips?

Mouth narrowing can be done by lateral commissurotomies along with lip reductions. However, this will result in some slight scarring that extends out from the corner of the mouth.
