Small discolored light spot appeared 3 days post steroid injection post upper blepharoplasty incision- will this resolve?(photo)

Kenalog is a white solution.  When injected under the eyelid skin, which is very thin, you may see it at times.  This is especially true if they gave a fairly concentrated amount, or injected superficially.  It can take a long time to get resorbed so may appear white for awhile.  If this area was already closed twice, I would wait longer to really let everything settle down before doing any more excision. If you do excise the area, the white will also be removed. Most upper lid scars are not visible with the eyes open, or can be easily covered with a bit of makeup.     

It appears that you may have a few tiny skin cysts that can be easily unroofed or excised in the office.  The discoloration should resolve with time.  Best regards

Sometimes a light spot is caused by the kenalog itself  as it is white in color and can be seen through the thin skin.  Other times it can lead to loss of pigmentation of the skin but this is temporary and resolves with time.  Given your appearance I would recommend excision of these bumps as it will lead to quicker better healing than steroid injections.good luck
