Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started. Hi CSM. The best option we know of for hypopigmented scars like yours is not a medical option. Trying to repigment the skin with lasers is something that does not work well. We have a permanent makeup artist close by to us in Torrance, CA that offers scar revision for light scars using permanent makeup. She blends white surgery scars from breast augmentation, breast reconstruction and facelifts in with the surrounding skin. We would recommend trying to find a permanent makeup artist in your area with this skill. Good luck.

Staged excision and the laser blending of the scar would probably look better than your present scar. This scar will never be perfect; however, I believe it can be greatly improve.
Your photos are helpful but an examination can more definitively provide you with accurate information. It appears that a full tummy tuck with a limited lateral extent of the scar may be a reasonable approach as you already have the vertical scar and given your concerns regarding your belly...
If the scar on the lip bothers you, I would recommend surgical scar revision to remove the bad scar and attempt to improve the overall visibility of the scar.
Not all elevated, thickened scars are the same. Scars that grow beyond the borders of the initial injury (incsion, cut, etc) are referred to as keloids. They are not as common as hypertrophic scars but are more challenging to treat. Steroid injections can provide benefit but...
