There are no problems using Artefill in areas where other fillers have been injected and visa versa. In fact, I often will layer a thinner filler such as Juvederm Ultra over Artefill or Radiesse to treat finer lines that overlie deeper lines and wrinkles.
I presume you are not trying to mix them in the same syringe, but just inject a temporary filler after Artefill? If so there is not any risk above and beyond the risk of adding a filler without Artefill. Artefill in fact has a temporary filler mixed in with it, bovine collagen. As long as you utilize an experienced injector it should be safe.
I have layered Artefill in the same area as Juvederm and Perlane (as these products were fading) and have seen no problems at all. I would not place Artefil too soon after HA fillers, but after several weeks, when the HA filler is set/smooth, it should pose no problems.

I work pretty much all the time, and I'm no spring chicken, so I need to use something that actually LASTS, that I can BUILD UPON as time marches on. It is absolutely safe as long as you're not allergic to the bovine collagen carrier, so we ALWAYS do a skin test before using this on any...
I'm amazed at the misinformation included in some of the other comments. I am not aware of a single peer-reviewed study showing that Artefill migrates, despite my colleague's contention that it does. There is a study in the literature specifically looking at migration of microsphere fillers, but...
Artecoll is a dermal filler that contains small beads of synthetic material suspended in a gel. While lip blush and Artecoll are two separate cosmetic treatments, there is a possibility that having previously received Artecoll injections could increase your risk for an inflammatory response to...
Radiesse is unlikely to lead to problems, since it is a calcium-based filler and hence subject to normal metabolic breakdown with time. Ingredients that may accompany the filler, such as excipients from the manufacturing process or local anesthetic combined with it, may, of course, give rise to...
