You have really tried a lot of technologies for your arms! Some of the technologies may have given some to no results for you. Some of the technologies you used may actually cause a reactive adipose hyperplasia, that makes thing worse.
From the photo it appears a combination of removal of fat and skin tightening techniques with Vases and Renuvion would be of benefit to you, Small dots are placed for the treatment. The alternative tx is a long scar skin removal arm lift.
