I did not expect perfection or even close to it. However, this doesn't seem anything close to what I imagined. I have seen 100 photos of others in similar skin conditions, but never results that look anything close to this. Now there is no skin to pull for a future tummy tuck. What has happened here? Will it improve? What can be done now? Details: Mid 40's, 2 kids, 148lbs at time of surgery (145 now). Procedure: 360 lipo, bbl with renuvion to abdomen. Before and after photos posted
Answer: Abdomen I would suggest micro-needling with or without radiofrequency to first treat the stretch marks. PRP can be added for better results. Later, if needed, dilute Sculptra injections could be done to fill in irregularities.

Answer: Lumps or irregularities after liposuction might need a revision if they don't get better Hello and thank you for your question and pictures! It seems that you're unhappy with your recovery. To answer your one question, usually you can have some small irregularities, lumps and healing issues. Though they are not very common, they can happen. It is a known complication that can occur after a liposuction procedure. They are more common in people who have had hematoma or seromas. I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of liposuction if you want a second opinion and of course, make sure you follow up with your own surgeon and talk about this. I hope this helps and wish you all the best in your surgery and event. If it does, please take a moment to up vote this answer on the “respond” button on the top right.

Answer: Revision Lipo Pending a formal evaluation, you may be a good candidate for a Revision Liposuction. You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. For a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), we inject the fat into the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with a combination of QWO or Cellfina, subcision, and/or fillers such as Bellafill, Renuva synthetic fat, or Sculptra. If skin is very loose before surgery, then it will need to be removed: tummy tuck/abdominoplasty for lower abdominal skin; breast lift for excess breast skin; and/or a brachioplasty for loose arm skin. Overall, you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Liposuction and Renuvion to abdomen gone wrong - advice? Sorry for the poor outcome. But we are seeing many more postop poor results by adding J-Plasma to the liposuction, in fact happening at a very high rate. I think you might have enough skin to offer a skin only full TT. But must virtual or in person consult to be sure. Fee $12,000 ranges.
