I have what I call old lady skin. My grandmother, mother and aunts. Had it. My skin is delicate and bruises very easily. Has anyone tried to use renuvion on this area. I am not sure if this would be considered off market use. I use Arnica but if I work in the yard or accidentally scrape then. It bleeds under the skin. I am a nurse and scrubbed in OR in plastics suite. I would be willing to do a spot test.

I would suggest micro-needling with or without radiofrequency to first treat the stretch marks. PRP can be added for better results. Later, if needed, dilute Sculptra injections could be done to fill in irregularities.
Liposuction with Renuvion could give good results, but you would get your tightest abdomen with a tummy tuck. If you chose the first choice, EMSculpt could later be done to help tighten your abdominal wall.
