Glycolic peel pads and lytera 2.0 after PicoSure. Is this a good choice to maximize?

I had picosure focus 3 days ago. My small melasma spots do not look very different. How long before I see the final result and what is the best skincare to use between treatments. The nurse recommended I use glycolic peel pads and lytera 2.0.

Usually with a PicoSure laser the tattoo can be removed in 4-8 treatments, 6-8 weeks apart. The procedure is fast, taking maybe 1 minute per session. Find a doctor with a pico laser.

Dark Cirlces of the lower eyelids may be related to pigment in the skin but also could be, and often is, related to the blood flow in the skin/muscle and the latter is not responsive to the picosure laser.
