Is it safe to get Sculptra after butt implants?

Hello. I am a thin patient who works out regularly and had buttock implants placed beneath the muscle 2 years ago. The results look very unnatural and the implants sit too high. I'm also not a candidate for fat transfer. Is it safe to have sculptra injected even with the implants? Are there any risk of infection/clotting and will the sculptra interfere with the implant in any way?
