10 months old scar on my face. How to remove this scar without surgery or laser treatment? (Photo)

10 months ago i had an motorcycle accident and i have got this scar on my face. im using retino-a tretinoin cream 0.050, Hirudoid Cream, Mometasone Furoate cream,Vaniza Silicone Gel and Aloe Vera gel But i cant see any improvement on the scar, the scar is not going away. im feeling very disapointed. suggest me any effective way to remove this scar?? sorry for my english because im from India and my english is not so good.
