How can I get rid of dog bite scars? (photos)

June 21,2012 I got bitten by a pitbull on my left leg. His jaw locked so the area needed stitches. The scars are deformed because the skin were really teared that time. It's dark that's why I can't wear anything short anymore. It's affecting my everyday life. Please help me. Thank you.
