What should I do about my weird shape and scarred nipples? (photos)

I had a breast reduction about almost a year ago and I believe from the stitches it left me with weird looking cuts around my nipples also my nipples (to me) look wonky.. is there anything I can do? I see my Doctor in May and I honestly feel too nervous to bring it up because he kept telling me that it's medical and not plastic surgery.
