Hello! I am getting a breast lift and slight reduction in two weeks (and am very excited!). However I was wondering how long I would have to wait to start weight lifting again, for lower and upper body (assuming that healing and recovery all goes as planned). I’ve read some questions about this on RealSelf, however most of them include implants which I know makes things more difficult when easing back into weight lifting. Thanks in advance!
