What do I do about weeping blisters all around my incision 3 weeks post op after tummy tuck? (Photo)

I have a blistering, weeping rash in the shape of every one of my steri strips that was removed. How do I treat it? If I put anything on it, it burns and itches. I have been putting maxi pads over it, but they stick and reopen the blisters when I pull them off. Any other dressing causes severe itching. I am taking Zyrtec and that seems to help a little.
