I am 3 days after face and neck lift. it is normal for the lower jaw on one side to feel like a bad toothache or like after visiting a dentist. The location is where the face skin meets the jaw

Pain after a facelift can on occasion be greater one side of the face than the other. However, marked swelling in addition to that could indicate a collection of fluid or blood that may require drainage. Swelling with redness could also indicate an early infection. Best to be evaluated by your surgeon to evaluate it.

following a facelift are not unusual but you should keep your surgeon in the loop as to what your concerns are. Some doctors use sutures in that area that can cause such pains. Your surgeon is best prepared to let you know what is happening since your surgeon was there at the time of your procedure.
