Wearing glasses should not change the shape of your nose. What you've most likely seen between 9 years of age and today is just development of your nasal and facial skeleton. I agree with the other comments. You should give more time to allow resolution of swelling. It could be periosteal calcification, malposition of the nasal bone or swelling. Time will tell. On a occasion depending what it feels like I would consider steroid injection.
