Dear adam123, It is hard to tell without feeling it It can also be the edge of the bones you are feeling that can occur after osteotomies (or resetting of the nasal bones to make it more narrow) Let the swelling come down for at least another 3 months or so, then address it with your surgeon, or a revision rhinoplasty expert Best regards, Nima Shemirani
I agree with the other comments. You should give more time to allow resolution of swelling. It could be periosteal calcification, malposition of the nasal bone or swelling. Time will tell. On a occasion depending what it feels like I would consider steroid injection.
Sometimes where the osteotomies are performed the bone can heal a bit funny. It sure looks like in the spot where many do osteotomies. Give it time to heal. It may need to be shaved a bit.

We all have facial asymmetry to some degree. A rhinoplasty can help improve the symmetry of your nose. I would recommend seeking the advice of a board certified rhinoplasty specialist. He or she will be able to evaluate your nose in person and provide you with recommendations. Computer imaging...
