I had a revision rhinoplasty in November but had to have another surgery to place grafts in my nose so I could breathe on February 17. Is it true that the area where the grafts are tend to swell a lot? You could see on the right side a bump (which i think is swelling?) Does that look like swelling to you? I hope its swelling and not permanent.

Based on your photo, the best way to correct the area of indentation would be to lower the height of the dorsum to the appropriate height. Right now the implant is slightly too high relative to the height of your tip, resulting in a "dip" at your supratip.
