A small dent where the implant stops appeared, and nosetip dropped. Went back &doctor says he will add hard alloderm on top last october. As seen in the picture the nosetip has a good height, but still have the dent. s the implant placed wrongly? "Because nasal tip made by alar cartilage is originally 2-3 mm higher than nasal dorsum made by nasal septum, there is dent in site. We call that dent supratip breakpoint. So dent is not the comlication of surgery but shape of the original nose shape?"
