Revision! How to get rid of small dent in nose bridge? 2 yrs ago had 2mm soft silicone implant+septal cartilage for tip. (photo)

A small dent where the implant stops appeared, and nosetip dropped. Went back &doctor says he will add hard alloderm on top last october. As seen in the picture the nosetip has a good height, but still have the dent. s the implant placed wrongly? "Because nasal tip made by alar cartilage is originally 2-3 mm higher than nasal dorsum made by nasal septum, there is dent in site. We call that dent supratip breakpoint. So dent is not the comlication of surgery but shape of the original nose shape?"

I would check with your surgeon to see what their policy is in regards to wearing glasses after rhinoplasty.  I normally advise patients to wait 6 weeks before wearing glasses after the procedure.  If you only wore the glasses for a few hours, there should not be any permanent harm to...

It appears you will need increased tip projection and perhaps lengthening and raising the bridge of your nose to better match the new profile.  It is certainly possible to achieve this via a revision rhinoplasty procedure using cartilage grafting, likely via an external rhinoplasty approach...
