BBL correction - what are my options to make my butt slightly smaller and fix the pointed look? (Photo)

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

In regards to having a BBL where you have some contour deformity, and you want to change or improve that, you can do the following:
- Liposhifting, where liposuction is used but you don't necessarily remove the fat, but instead shift it around and try to reposition it in a position that gets rid of the contour deformity or to areas with a fat deficit.
- Anytime you have some flat areas in a BBL, because of ligamentous attachments, these can be individually released following original BBL.
- You can possibly remove fat through liposuction following a BBL, the downfall to this is you can have loose skin.
I personally recommend liposhifting first, +/- releasing a few of the ligaments.
