I got a BBL about 6 months ago. I do feel that the size is a little too big for my liking and i do not like the pointed look. I asked my surgeon and he said he has never done a revision like mine and is concerned my buttock may look worse after buttock lipo reshaping. what are my options to make my butt slightly smaller and to fix the pointed look?
