You should wait until one tear after first surgery. If it doesn’t improve it’s pretty simple to correct surgically.

I doubt that your Retracted columella will improve spontaneously.
I can see what you don't like, but be reassured that your columellar retraction will be barely noticeable to others, as it's not very cool to look up other people's noses.

From your photos, I note significant columellar retraction. It is important to know how long it has been since your procedure as one may initially overcorrect tip droop slightly to allow for a degree of recurrence. If it has been over 12 months since your procedure, and if the firmness and swelling have subsided, one may consider repositioning of the offending suture and perhaps augmentation of the columella with a small cartilage graft.
Continue follow up care with your plastic surgeon.
