My nostrils were wide & tip droopy. My surgeon stated I have thick skin. Surgeon performed weir incision for nostrils and tongue and grove method on my tip. He stated he had to overcorrect my tip due to the droopiness of my nose. After cast removal my nose never looked normal. I’m so embarrassed to be seen in public. Reached out to him several times but he says I need to be patient; in his experience the retraction will improve over time. If not Plan B. He will go in and lower the suture.
