How long after thyroid RFA is it generally considered safe to undergo a facelift and neck lift?

Hello Doctors, I am a 49-year-old woman with a benign thyroid nodule on the left side that has been biopsied twice and confirmed benign. The nodule has grown somewhat over time and is beginning to cause mild swallowing symptoms, so my endocrinologist/interventional radiologist is considering radiofrequency ablation (RFA). At the same time, I have a deep plane facelift and neck lift scheduled for October 1st. My question is: How long after thyroid RFA is it generally considered safe to undergo a facelift and neck lift? Is there a recommended waiting period to allow swelling and inflammation in the neck to fully resolve before facial surgery? If the RFA is performed in July or August, would an October facelift typically be enough time, or would you recommend postponing the facelift? Thank you for your insight.
