I am a 33 y/o AA female who had a new exposure and infection with HSV and an ensuing severe outbreak one month ago (6/19/23). The infection was severe both locally and systemically. I am one month out and mostly recovered, though left with an extremely disfiguring scar to the upper medial vermillion lip. This was the site of a blister which burst, crusted over and then formed a scab. Unfortunately the scab came off early due to friction from my mask. I work in healthcare and am required to mask.

I would recommend a repeat tummy tuck. The scar would be placed lower and the mons pubic fat can be removed at the same time.
