Which is better for removing permanent make-up? PicoSure or PicoWay? Does PicoWay successfully remove red color in the tattoo?

I've had 3 PicoSure treatments to remove permanent make-up from a HORRIBLE brow tattoo job. While it's helped a lot the tech said it couldn't remove the red base color because it will turn the skin and brow hair white with a possibility of them remaining that way. Can PicoWay prevent the "whitening" effect and possibly remove the red coloring?

PicoSure is great for many skin rejuvenations, although when doing any laser facial treatment its important and mandatory that the client wears titanium shield goggles, that being said the laser technician can only get so close to the eye, I would recommend TempSure Envi skin tightening...
