Should I get microneedling after a VI Peel? (Photos)

Hyperpigmented scars can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, Cosmelan and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for sharing with us this question and image as it will be informative for the whole community here. Each one of us is different . You should be careful with any procedure especially when you know that your skin can potentially hyper-react. Even micro-needling can cause hyper-pigmentation in few patients. If you want to try it , I recommend to for  a small area that is not too conspicuous place on your face.
See what it does there , then you decide if you want to proceed with full treatment .

Hello and thank you for your question and photos.
The area can be corrected using the right brightening products at home that help with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, such as ZO Medical Melamin + Melamix prior to your microneedling treatment, then continue using throughout your healing process until the pigment is evened out.  You will definitely see improvement with the tone and texture of the skin after using the products and microneedling the skin. 
I recommend using PRP with all microneedling procedures to aid in healing and leaving the patient with optimal results.
