What to do about bump (and dent) on my nose bridge after rhinoplasty? (photos)

Seems there is a longitudinal bit of missing bone on that left side; it is a tiny problem but the overlying filmy skin makes it a visible issue and a reson for concern. Causes can be varied, might be a random nasal bone fracture (common in the best hands when the bones are extremely thin) or a marginal bone resorption if poor vascularization is the case.Anyhow it is a problematic issue; if it'd be a prominence the solution would be a straight forward shaving, but being a hollow linear depression due to substance loss it is extremely difficult to tailor a graft matching the missing part with accuracy.Considering the former difficulty and the associated filmy skin and transparencies I'd strongly strongly recommend the use enhanced subcutaneous cover by means of interpositional temporalis fascia graft; this has very high chances to be a simple, effective and successful maneuver, which could be done under local and sedation, with minimal aggression and optimal camouflage effects.Do suggest this option to your surgeon; if you are proposed adittional shaving or rasping do refuse.

It may be how the bone healed.  This can be a small bony spur that can be shaved probably under local in the office.
