I had a breast reduction at 16 yrs old. I’m 31, & after nursing both my boys, my breasts have flattened out and are different sizes. I am almost done nursing. I had mastitis from breast tissue and milk ducts left high up under my right armpit and it’s still visible. Ive only got horizontal scars, would a lift and implants correct this without making any vertical scars and maybe reduce some of the long underside scarring?
Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers or small implants You definitely would benefit from a lift. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The scars underneath the breasts can be revised as well. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breasts I would suggest doing a lift with or without small implants. don't try to fix the excess skin and wideness with just implants for you will have larger and still sagging breasts. Your nipples are in the correct position so the lower incision and perhaps a vertical incision will be needed.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Considerate161, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Breasts Thank you for the question and photos and sorry for your problem and after you are 3 months post nursing, I would go on some consultations with experts and compare recommendations after a full examination and discussion of desired results. That said different sized implants and a mastopexy revision should help Dr Corbin

Answer: Candidacy for breast augmentation and lift Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos, I note significant asymmetry in size and moderate sag. You have lost superior pole volume. The nipples are of disparate "altitudes. The right breast has bottomed out with an increased distance from nipple to the fold at the bottom of the breasts. You would represent an excellent candidate for a breast augmentation and lift. I would recommend a full lift on the right. Scar revision of the right breast can be performed concomitantly. I would include the vertical component to conify the shape of the breasts.Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
