I had a 10 day cycle of hair growth since my last wax. My laser hair removal specialist said this would be enough time. All of the hair on the targeted area (the chin and cheeks) has grown in substantially already. All the hairs are fully grown in already so my question is if I am seeing substantial hair growth does that mean that the follicle has grown back to the point it will be hit by the laser or is it possible to grow hair without a fully regrown follicle? thanks!
