Will medicaid (PeachState) approve facial laser treatments? (Photo)

I inherited my grandmother's excessive facial hair on my upper lip. cheeks, & mostly on my chin & neck. I noticed hair growing on my chin shortly after my first period at 13. Now 35, the hair is worse. After removing the hair, it hurts like crazy as it grows back. Not to mention all the ingrown hairs & bumps of puss, which, once popped, leave a big hole & spots in my face. My face becomes so irritated that I have to let the hair grow out 1 or 2 months before I can bear to touch my face again.
