Follow-Up: I have severe Sebaceous Hyperplasia (hundreds of lesions). Best method?

I have been trying to control with cauterization ( scars left) and the only thing that has helped was pulse therapy of Accutane ( 40 mg 1x a week) but the came back. ( this was twenty years back). Now , in my fifties, it's getting worse. Becoming disfigured and very depressed.
