Can Microneedling RF be done incorrectly?

I have taken three MNRF sessions and after each seassion i would notice elevated bumps which used to stay for a week then flatten and then turn white. Now after the 3rd session my face is full of white scars.

A combination approach will give the most improvement. These types of scars need a combination of Cosmelan, lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision, salt facials and fillers.
