28 Male, have been chewing from my right side for more than 10 years. I have noticed the left side of my face be it lip, cheek, jaw and ear are slightly upwards as compared to right. Now since 2021, I have started chewing from both sides. I never had any dental work done till now, ie braces or any other kinds of stuff. Will it be ever balanced out? Or do I need to get some procedure/work done?
