I (34f) was an overweight teen 170lbs. I lost 50lbs around 20 and slowly gained it back by 25. Around 30 I lost it again, and during COVID have gained back 10lbs. I've recently noticed that my right (left as pictured) cheek is bigger/fatter than the other.looking back at photos it started when I first regained weight in my early 20's, but it's much more noticable now. If losing the 10lbs doesn't fix this, what could I do?
