My face is extremely long for my height (5,10) and it does not look good on me at all I have other decent features like I am fit and have decent height my but long face spoils it all and i have been told the same thing by a lot of people

Hi yes your face looks long, although the picture is not standardized. You also have very prominent strong nose. In order to shorten the face, you might need jaw (orthognathic surgery). This can shorten both the midface and the lower face, and reduce the size of your jaw and reposition it back slightly, as this is contributing to your heavy lower part of the face. You might need rhinoplasty as a second stage surgery. I did a lot of similar surgeries in my fellowship. The movement is a clockwise rotation of the MMC.
