I'm 30-y.o. female with deep antegonial notch. It has been acquired somehow. I did not always have this. It seems to make the jowls look more pronounced. Filler placement can look too masculine from the front view, though... Thread lift for jowl lift is too temporary... What do you think about possibly shaving the mandible anterior to antegonial notch to chin in order to make the jaw straight from that level?
