Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for posting your photos and questions. Mandible contouring could be an excellent option. We do this routinely in our practice. Incisions are made inside the mouth under general anesthesia and the bone is carefully sculpted into the desired shape. When the shape of the bone is the root of the issue, that is the most direct way of resolving your problem (as opposed to dermal fillers which are changing the contour by adding volume/fullness). Most people want a slim, tapered jawline.
