When i lift my eye brow, it slighty looks better, but then my eyebrows look dumb. Im tired of everyone covering up their eye out of discomfort or rubbing it or having a very concentrated look on their face when in contact. Can i still patch? If not, will surgery help?

You don't have a lazy eye - you have a droopy eyelid which is called  a ptosis.  Patching does not help this condition.  This can be corrected with a surgery.  You should see an oculoplastic surgeon who can evaluate your eyelid muscles to determine which procedure would be best for you.

This does not mean you have "lazy eye."  That is a lay term for amblyopia, which is a condition where the neurologic connections between the brain and the eye do not fully develop due to misalignment of one of the eyes during infancy.  In that situation, patching of the good eye forces the weak (lazy) eye to develop the correct neural connections.  At the right time, surgery is then performed to straighten the eyes.  That is not what you have.  You have upper eyelid ptosis.  Surgery is used to correct the eyelid so it does not hang down and block your vision.  I recommend seeing a fellowship trained oculoplastic surgeon who can assess you and correct the upper eyelid.  The American Society for Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) maintains a website with a geographic directory which can help you find a highly qualified surgeon close to home.

You have right upper eyelid ptosis (droopy upper eyelid), which sounds like it is congenital in nature. That doesn't mean that patching would have helped.  The treatment is eyelid ptosis surgery, where the muscle responsible for lifting the upper eyelid is tightened. It is done under local anesthesia. It is best to see an oculoplastic specialist.
