Does this picture indicate ptosis? I find it hard to take selfies because my upper eyelids always seem to be drooping. In the mirror, I never see above the brown circle of the eye unless I overstretch the upper eyelid. Whereas many people don't need to do that at all. I believe this may be correctable (if it really is ptosis), but I have no idea how. I'm just freely inquiring on the subject.

I think a revision is in order for your upper lids. The other issue is descent of your brow which has narrowed the distance between your upper lid crease and the brow. It's always difficult to say for sure based on online photos alone, but I think you would be a good candidate for revision upper...
You may be a candidate for cosmetic orbital decompression, which sets the eyeballs back. This is an outpatient procedure. Sometimes filling around the eyes can be complimentary as well to reduce the appearance of bulgy eyes.
It is far too early to conclude you will have an issue. Please let these eyelids heal 3-4 months. The swelling will disappear and the asymmetry will lessen. Will this heal perfectly? Will these eyelids need revision? Time is needed to know this. Try to relax...
