Experimental technique to thin nasal skin - tattoo equipment (MMP) to instill triamcinolone into tip

I was thinking about possible ways to thin the skin of the nasal tip in preparation for rhinoplasty. Why don't we investigate the administration of triamcinolone using tattoo equipment? It seems this might work because it would reach the dermis only. Microdosing would reduce risk of irregular skin atrophy/dents. Has been successfully tried for alopecia areata in study.
