Unfortunaly i trusted a young dermatologist for a mole removal on my nose, which resulted in 2 laser treatments, a shave and a deep excision because it always grew back. Dont know how i thought that he was qualified for the job all the way through. Unfortunatly especially the laser resulted in what i now know in bigger regrowth of the Mole thus the doctor likely peformed a shave with margins resulting i a depressed scar in the convex area of my nose measuring 0.8cmx1cm. I was told there is nothing we can do cause there are still pigments of the mole trapped underneath. And the defect is quite deep unfortunatly. Well i was told the only way to fix it is by performing a nose flap, unfortunatly the size of the defect wont allow a small flap. Is there any way to remove the remaining mole pigments without making the defect much worse, which would then allow non invasive treatment.
