Hi! I had a septoplasty years ago to fix a deviated septum, I ended up with a nasal perforation of around 8mm near the tip of my nose. After turbinate reduction I still have trouble breathing. I also feel like the tip of my nose is lower and that's bringing me issues to breathe properly especially when I do sports. Right nasal passage improves airflow when using sprays. What are the options, surgical and non, to improve my situation? Is hyaluronic acid viable to reshape internally?
