Unfortunately this profile photo is not sufficient to give you a good suggestion about surgical treatment. Jaw can be augmented in different ways depending of  goals of patient as well as anatomical setup. Serie of photos and  in-person evaluation is needed to come with good plan of treatment. Most  corrections can be achieved with regular implants placed over jaw angle, body and/or chin. Custom made implants are very expensive and should be used only in selected patients.
