Is it normal to have small scratch like marks after laser hair removal?

Small marks can be possible after HRL , usually go away within few days , without picture is hard to assess . 

It is hard to determine if what
you are experiencing is normal without pictures.  
Typically a patient can expect
some immediate redness and occasional follicular swelling
after Laser Hair Removal.   In treatment of the bikini line, sometimes
these normal side effects can appear exaggerated with the first one
to two treatments due to the thickness of the hair in this area.  
If
there is ever a question as to normal degree of irritation expected, it is
important to contact your physician or practitioner that performed the treatment.  

Thanks for your question, but without pictures we can only say that it's not normal to scratch marks post LHR.
