Six months after Liposuction I am left with lumps everywhere, burn scars, and variation in skin color. What should I do?

I had a combination of traditional and tumescent liposuction 6 months ago, abdomen, hips, back and thighs. I now have lumps everywhere and 2 burned looking scars on my back. My skin looks very uneven, like cellulite, not there before, and is marbleized in color. I have talked to my plastic surgeon during my post-op visits but he first told me to wait, then in a later consultation, was somewhat dismissive and offered no remedies but to wait. I am very unhappy. How can I best correct the problems?

This needs an in-person evaluation, but based on your pictures, you weren't a candidate for liposuction alone, but needed a tummy tuck and/or lifting procedure to get a good result. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction revision which can be performed at the same time as a lifting procedure. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. I suggest a liposuction revision with high definition VASER. Traditional liposuction is very limited and only removes partial amounts of fat. VASER improves irregularities and removes fat. Consult with a VASER specialist to address all your questions and concerns.
