I had a combination of traditional and tumescent liposuction 6 months ago, abdomen, hips, back and thighs. I now have lumps everywhere and 2 burned looking scars on my back. My skin looks very uneven, like cellulite, not there before, and is marbleized in color. I have talked to my plastic surgeon during my post-op visits but he first told me to wait, then in a later consultation, was somewhat dismissive and offered no remedies but to wait. I am very unhappy. How can I best correct the problems?

Everyone is a bit different. Some people have fat that easily comes out, and some do not. But the back often does not have as much fat as one thinks. Many times it is loose skin.
I would begin with our Hidef liposuction protocol that includes fibrous release, fat grafting, lipocavitation, liposculpture, PRP SC, liposonix, and RF multiplane tissue tightening.
Secondarily, I would employ the Brazilian cellulite technique to eliminate scar tethering.

I would use a combination approach to revision that includes liposuction, lipocavitation, fibrous release, fat grafting, scar release, PRP SC, and multiplane tissue tightening with RF.
