Why are my breasts pointy, spaced out, and nipples pointy and not flat after breast augmentation? (Photo)

I understand why you may be worried but give it time. It really does take 3-6 months for your skin to relax and the final look to settle in. At this stage I would say they look pretty good. Also they don't look to far apart if you consider where your nipples are relative to the breast mound itself. Be patience, it will be fine. 

You are very early post-op and it looks like they are swollen and the implants have not completely settled in the pocket. Give it time.

For an 18 y/o with no pregnancies to stretch your breasts, they look normal for 11 days. They are full above the nipple because of muscle swelling and they are triangular below the nipple because the skin has not stretched yet. In 6-12 weeks they will be great. Good luck. 

First of all, it is a bit early to be looking at things critically...but as you did provide photos I will tell you my thoughts.  It would be interesting to see your preop photos because looking at your side view I wouldn't be surprised they will shed some light onto what's going on.IT's possible that they may show a very mild constriction issue.  Alternatively, it's possible that the base diameter of your breasts is small for a 330cc implant.  Neither of these situations mean that anything was done wrong. If you can provide preop images then I can give you more information.

The muscle and breast tissue will need some time to relax.  With doing so your breast shape may change and improve.  If your breast implant pocket was created optimally and your implant size and shape was selected properly your final result should be fine.  The only other issue that may be present is the shape of the breast gland on top of the muscle.  When implants are placed under the muscle the shape of the breast gland itself is not impacted as much by the implant.  At this time there is not much to do other than to be patient and give it more time.All the best,Dr Remus Repta

Thank you for your question.  You are very early in recovery and your breast implants have not had the opportunity to drop and reshape your breasts.  Over the next 2-3 months I would expect that your breast shape will become much rounder  and natural looking.  At the present time he had excellent symmetry  but the fullness above the nipple areola should be expected at this early date.
