which is better for this area and how much does each reduce? is this procedure for the inner thighs very painful? Are there any new procedures that remove more fat on the market?
Answer: Sculpsure or Trisculpt--Add Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, VASER HI DEF 4D LIPO Both are good for removing stubborn areas of fat, but both treatments need a combination approach to get the most improvement and may need re-treatments to get desired results. For best results, I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. However, a Vaser liposuction/liposculpture with ThermiRF/J plasma/Renuvion/InMode Body Tite procedure is the best combination for the thighs. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

However, our clients are loving their results with Sculpsure to the inner thigh and are retreating to achieve the best results. We use a zimmer throughout the treatment which makes the treatment more comfortable. Answer: Smartlipo is going to be a more aggressive choice triSculpt, I believe is just used at Sonobello and they certainly have mixed reviews. I have done almost 1,000 Smartlipo cases. This will give more tightening and more fat removal. however, I also like Sculpsure - this will be less aggressive but has the advantage of no incisions and you can do this on a lunch break. you live very close to my office, so consider coming in for a free consult!!david berman md
