I understand that it is normal to get lumps after Vanquish. Is it normal for them to be hot to the touch, 6” and very painful?

I had vanquish done on my outer thighs and back of legs three days ago. During the treatment I had a searing, stabbing pain that wouldn’t go away no matter how much the technician adjusted the panels. I understand these hot spots are normal. Now I have a rather large (6”) and very painful lump that is red and hot to the touch. Is this considered a normal narcotic fat lump?
