The two most important things after any chemical peel are bland emolliation (moisturization, hydration) and sun avoidance. I would recommend that you use something bland and gentle such as aquaphor ointment, Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer or Cerave Facial Moisturizing Lotion (AM or PM)....
If the Vi Peel solution was applied to your eyelids, you are probably having an irritant reaction to the peel. This should resolve on its own in a few days. Topical steroids and emollient creams will help as well. I doubt your reaction is from the Botox.
I have not seen a problem with VI peels causing long term rough, dry texture. I would recommend Renova or a low dose retinol to help improve the texture.
