I’ve had this insecurity for awhile & wanna know if there’s a way to reduce the appearance of having wide set eyes. I’m aware that the placement of them cannot be fixed, but is there anything that can give the illusion of them looking closer together? or more symmetrical? I’m not expecting to have it appear exactly the way I want, I just want to improve it

In looking at these photos however, it is not immediately obvious that this lesion represents a chalazia. I strongly recommend that you see an ASOPRS fellowship trained oculoplastic surgeon to be assessed for this. If they agree it may be a chalazia, kenalog injection is a very good treatment...
In lower island, blepharoplasty tissue is typically only removed.
Understanding and treating this area is complex and potentially difficult.
There are opposite volume changes happening simultaneously in some people.
Adding volume may be a better option.

Yes, you do have a slight ectroption where the eyelid does not touch the eyeball to provide good lubrication. This can cause chronic dryness and irritation.
