Very likely that your best option would be a small cheek implant. The other option is fat grafting. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with cheek implants is recommended. Good luck.

A lower blepharoplasty is used to release the fat and allow it to follow into the tear trough. You also have what appears to be a scar that may need to be released at the same time.

In lower island, blepharoplasty tissue is typically only removed.
Understanding and treating this area is complex and potentially difficult.
There are opposite volume changes happening simultaneously in some people.
Adding volume may be a better option.
I suggest consulting with a few providers before committing to anything permanent and irreversible.
It’s a tricky area.
